Roadmap and Results

The roadmap followed flexible design phases to assemble each component and deliver a detailed, human-centered design proposal. The initiative expanded the company’s active project pipeline from 6 to 8, with an average budget of $20K per project and 2–3 designers involved in each. Eight projects were successfully executed across North America and the UK.
